Ritu Arora Concludes Her Tenure As Independent Director Of HCL Infosystems

Ritu Arora has completed his tenure as an Independent Director of HCL Infosystems Limited, effective April 5, 2025.

Arora currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer and Head of Procurements at Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company. She is a finance professional with 19 years of experience across the BFSI and FMCG sectors. She is also a Non-Executive Director at Canara Bank Securities Ltd. She began her career in 1996 with Marico Industries and later worked with Gillette India and Coca-Cola India. In 2004, she transitioned to BFSI with MetLife India Insurance. Arora holds a postgraduate degree from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research and is an alumna of Osmania University and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).
