Richard Lobo Appointed CHRO Of Tech Mahindra

Richard Lobo, former Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Infosys, is appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Tech Mahindra, India’s leading IT consulting firm, with effect from January 2024.

Currently working as a freelance strategic HR advisor, Lobo will take on this new role under the leadership of Tech Mahindra’s CEO, Mohit Joshi. The official announcement is yet to be made, according to media reports.

Richard left Infosys in August 2023, after over 20 years. He started working as a strategic HR advisor for various companies, including BYJUs.
