Rewati Goenka Appointed Independent Director of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings

The Board of Directors of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited approved the appointment of Rewati Raman Goenka as an Additional Independent Director with effect from October 14, 2023, for a period of 5 years. Goenka, aged 77, has more than 50 years of experience in the fields of finance and commerce. Currently, he holds directorships in a few other companies. He is a postgraduate in Business Administration from IIM Kolkata.
