RBL Bank’s Independent Director Ishan Raina Retired

Ishan Raina ceases to be an Independent Director of RBL Bank Limited with effect from April 29, 2024, upon completion of the maximum permissible tenure of eight continuous years under the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

Ishan Raina is a Fellow of the Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard University. Raina currently serves on many companies, such as Bridgeweave and SOIL School of Business Design as an Advisory d; the ISC-India Sanitation Coalition as an advisory council; and Rainshine Entertainment as a strategic advisor. He is the founder and chairman of Raina Advisory. Earlier in his career, he served as the founder and CEO of Out of Home Media. He was the founder and chairman of Euro RSCG, India, and a member of the Havas Media Management Board WorldWide.

He has a postgraduate diploma in management (PDGM) from IIM Calcutta, a diploma in international law and diplomacy from the Indian Academy of International Law and Diplomacy, and a bachelor’s degree from Sriram College of Commerce.
