Rashmi Mamtura Appointed as Company Secretary Wockhardt

Wockhardt Limited announced the appointment of Company Secretary Rashmi Mamtura with effect from 19th August 2023. She will replace Debashis Dey. She has experience in Secretarial and Legal functions, Statutory Compliance in respect of Corporate Laws, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, Mergers & Amalgamations etc. She has been part of many critical transactions like Private Equity Investment, Private Placement, Acquisition and Sale of Undertakings. Mamtura is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate having post qualification experience of about 15 years.
