Ramky Infrastructure’s CFO Chivukula Vasudev Resigns

The Board of Ramky Infrastructure Limited has accepted the resignation of Chivukula Vasudev as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, with effect from March 4, 2024.

Chivukula Vasudev, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has 34 years of experience. Prior to Ramky Infra, he worked with L&T Geostructure.
