The Board of Ramky Infrastructure Limited has accepted the resignation of Chivukula Vasudev as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, with effect from March 4, 2024.
Chivukula Vasudev, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has 34 years of experience. Prior to Ramky Infra, he worked with L&T Geostructure.
With over 35 years in technology, including C-suite roles, he brings deep expertise in leveraging innovation for sustainable business growth. A former CEO of Atos India, he has a strong track record in business strategy, optimizing operations, and fostering profitability. Cases investigated for foreign companies having operations in India appointed by their Board for the internal frauds.
