Rallis India Appoints Gyanendra Shukla as MD & CEO

The Board of Directors of Rallis India Limited has appointed Dr. Gyanendra Shukla as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) for five years, with effect from April 1, 2024. He will replace Sanjiv Lal upon the completion of his term on March 31, 2024. The appointment will be subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Dr. Gyanendra Shukla is a senior Agri professional with more than 34 years of leadership experience in crop protection and seed sectors in India, Asia-Pacific, and Africa. Shukla has handled various senior functional and general management roles in the Commercial, Sales, Corporate Affairs, Technology Development, and Regulatory Affairs functions. His previous experiences include several global leadership positions, including at Monsanto for over two decades. Until recently, he was the President and Whole-time Director of JK Agri Genetics Limited.
