Rajesh Yaduvanshi Appointed Independent Director at KEI Industries

KEI Industries Limited announced on June 7, 2024, to the stock exchange the appointment of Rajesh Yaduvanshi as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for five years, with effect from March 11, 2024.

Yaduvanshi is the former Executive Director of Dena Bank and Punjab National Bank. He has over 35 years of working experience in bank branches and controlling offices in India and the United Kingdom (UK), besides leadership positions in Jalandhar (Punjab), Delhi, and the NCR. He was deputed to the UK by Punjab National Bank to manage two branches of PNB International. In 2017, he was appointed as Executive Director at Dena Bank by the Government of India and was transferred to Punjab National Bank in 2019. He has wide exposure in areas like Credit, International Banking, Finance, Human Relations, Marketing, Management of NPAs, Audit etc. He has a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. from Hansraj College, Delhi University. Later, he completed a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He is also a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. In addition, he has taken various courses in banking from premier institutes in India and abroad.
