
Rajendran Soundaram Reappointed As CEO & MD Of 63 Moons Technologies; Devendra Agrawal To Continue As CFO
Devendra Agrawal has been reappointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Whole-Time Director of 63 Moons Technologies Limited, commencing May 27, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders.
Additionally, Rajendran Soundaram has been reappointed as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO & MD), commencing June 1, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders.
Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with more than three decades of experience in finance, accounts, management information systems, and taxation. Earlier in his career, he worked with companies under the Aditya Birla Group and Reliance Industries for over 12 years. He has been associated with 63 Moons Technologies since April 2006 and is currently serving his third term as CFO & Whole-Time Director. During his tenure with the company, Agrawal has handled finance, taxation, compliance, and MIS functions. He has also been involved in integrating financial management and compliance processes with the company’s operational and strategic planning activities.
Soundaram previously served as CEO & MD of a deemed public company involved in data warehousing, where he gained experience in managing technology-related business operations. Before becoming CEO & MD in February 2017, he was associated with the company as an Independent Director from 2013. He is currently serving his fourth term as CEO & MD, with his tenure scheduled to conclude on May 31, 2026. Soundaram is a postgraduate in commerce and holds a CAIIB qualification. He has more than four decades of experience in banking and enterprise risk management, covering areas such as corporate credit, treasury, investment management, international banking, overseas expansion, compliance, audits, and customer relationship management.
