
Prof. Bhimrao P. Bhosale & Dr. Deepak Singh Retire As Independent Directors Of NBCC (India)
Prof. Bhimrao Panda Bhosale and Dr. Deepak Singh have retired as Independent Directors of NBCC (India) Limited upon completion of their tenure, effective April 22, 2026.
Prof. Bhosale is a Professor of Linguistics at the Central University of Karnataka. He previously served as Professor and Head at the Centre for Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies at the University of Hyderabad. He is associated with academic and advisory bodies, including Health Education Development Research Associates. His work includes research in linguistics and co-authoring a study on Marathi language structure. He has around 34 years of experience in teaching and research and has been part of academic committees and review processes. He holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in English from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
Dr. Singh has over 30 years of experience across academic, administrative, and public sector roles. He has served as an Assistant Professor at CIMS Bilaspur and an Associate Professor at GMCH Udaipur. He has also worked as an Officer on Duty with government offices, including roles linked to ministries and state administration. He was Chief Correspondent of the Journal of Medicine and Toxicology and is associated with editorial advisory work for a journal on environmental and ethical issues. He also served as an Independent Director at HSCC (India) from November 2021 to November 2024. He holds an MBBS and an MD, along with postgraduate training in health and family welfare management. He has also completed courses in GIS in health and epidemiological and biomedical data analysis using statistical software.
