Procter & Gamble Health Reappoints S. Madhavan As Independent Director

Procter & Gamble Health Limited has approved the reappointment of S. Madhavan as an Independent Director for a five-year term starting November 15, 2026, subject to approval from shareholders.

Madhavan earlier served as Senior Partner and Executive Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and began his career with Hindustan Unilever in the 1980s. He has also served as President of the northern region of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chairman of ASSOCHAM’s taxation committee. He serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of ICICI Bank, HCL Technologies, and Sterlite Technologies, among others. Madhavan is a Chartered Accountant, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and has around 38 years of experience across finance, accountancy, economics, law, information technology, human resources and business management.
