Prem Kumar Bhajanka Reappointed as MD of Century Plyboards (I)

Shareholders approved the reappointments of Prem Kumar Bhajanka and Rajesh Kumar Agarwal as Directors of the Century Plyboards (I) Limited. Prem Kumar Bhajanka and Vishnu Khemani, reappointed as Managing Directors for an additional 5 year term, with effect from August 1, 2023. Additionally, Amit Kiran Deb is reappointed as an Independent Director for the period of 5 years, with effect from October 1, 2023.
