Nikhil Sethi Resigns as Company Secretary of Lemon Tree Hotels

Nikhil Sethi, AVP Legal & Group Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, has resigned. His resignation will be effective from October 31, 2023. Nikhil Sethi, member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has worked with Lemon Tree Hotels since 2016. He is a qualified Company Secretary and LLB from Delhi University.
