Preeti Gupta Appointed Group CFO at Schneider Electric India

Preeti Gupta Mohanty has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Schneider Electric Limited, with effect from February 1, 2024. Formally, she will serve as Vice President, Greater India Finance.

Mohanty has more than two decades of experience in the industrial sector, consulting, and FMCG. Prior to this, she was working with Ingersoll Rand as Regional Vice President, Finance. Preeti oversaw finances for the EMEIA region, handling a $1.8 billion business, overseeing 30+ manufacturing sites, and leading a finance centre in Bangalore. Earlier, she spent 12 years with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer. She started her career at Deloitte and then moved to Coca-Cola India as the Region Finance Manager. She has been recognised as one of the Top 100 CFOs in 2023 in India. In 2022, she received the Best Woman CFO Award from the Dalal Street Journal. Additionally, in 2020, she was adjudged the best CFO in the M&A category.
