Prakash Hegde Resign as Vice President & CHRO of Prince Pipes and Fittings

Prakash Hegde has stepped down from his post as the Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited, with effect from October 3, 2023, due to personal reasons. Shyam Sharda has stepped down from his role as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Risk Management Committee of Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited, with effect from October 4, 2023, due to personal reasons.

Prakash Hegde has over 25 years of experience, he is an expert in managing complex organisations. He excels in optimising workforce size, strategic workforce planning, and improving overall performance. His track record includes achieving people-related goals and enhancing productivity through strategies like performance management, rewards, and employee engagement. He has held various significant roles in his career, including Chief Officer of HR and Administration for a multi-location manufacturing company, Group Head for Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited, Head of HR and Administration at Bharat Gears Ltd., Senior Manager in HR and Administration at Thakkarsons Auto Ancillary (I) Ltd., Assistant Manager in HR at Viraj Profiles Ltd., and Executive in Personnel and HR Development at Sun Industries. He completed his PGCHRM with advanced studies in the field at XLRI Jamshedpur, holds an EPHRM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, MSW degree, focused on HR and labour welfare. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with majors in English, Logic, and Political Science from MM Arts and Science College in Sirsi.
