Praful Tayal Resigns as Independent Director of Bharat Road Network

Praful Tayal stepped down from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director at Bharat Road Network Limited on November 7, 2023.

Tayal, a former Indian Navy Commander, has 45 years of experience in shipyards and dockyards in India and abroad. Tayal was the CMD of Central Inland Water Transport Corporation Limited (CIWTC) and also served as the Technical Advisor for Braithwaite & Co Ltd., a Government of India Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways. He completed his degree in Civil Engineering from M.I.T., Manipal, and an M.Tech in Naval Construction from I.I.T., Delhi.
