Patri Venkat Raghavendra Rao Resigns as CFO of Sequent Scientific

Patri Venkat Raghavendra Rao, the Chief Financial Officer of Sequent Scientific, resigned with effect from October 25, 2023. In his resignation letter, he has cited personal reasons that required him to move out of Mumbai. The company has found a new CFO and recommended the name to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. They will review and discuss this proposal during the meetings in early November.

Patri Venkat Raghavendra Rao is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Sequent Scientific, he worked with Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as CFO. Earlier, he had spent over 14 years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. He also worked as a finance professional at New Holland Tractors and as a Senior Accounts Officer at Indo Asian Fusegear Limited in India.
