P S Dasgupta resign as Independent Director of Cummins

Mr. P.S. Dasgupta, a Non-executive and Independent Director of the Company, has submitted his resignation due to professional exigencies. The resignation takes effect from the close of business hours on May 24, 2023. Mr. Dasgupta also served as the Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Additionally, he was a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
