Oracle Financial reappoints Jane Murphy as Independent Director

Jane Murphy has been reappointed as the Independent Director of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd on 14th June 2023.

Jane Murphy, with over 25 years of experience as a qualified and practicing lawyer, pursued an LLM in EU and International law in Belgium. From 2003 onwards, she has been actively engaged as a lawyer specializing in corporate law, M&A, corporate governance, and the GDPR at law firms based in Brussels. In addition, she took the initiative to establish the European Data Protection Office (EDPO) and EDPO UK, aiming to facilitate access to the EU and UK markets for non-EU and non-UK companies.
