Olectra Greentech’s Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Chilappagari Rajam Resigns

The Board of Directors of Olectra Greentech Limited has approved the resignation of Chilappagari Laxmi Rajam as Non-Executive and Non Independent Director with effect from January 27, 2024. Rajam has over 45 years of experience in advising, developing, and executing various infrastructure projects and holds a B.E. (Civil) degree from REC Warangal since 1974.
