Noor Jaffer Resigns as Independent Director of Prestige Estates Projects
Noor Jaffer has resigned as an Independent Director from the Board of Directors of Prestige Estates Projects Limited as Jaffer has reached a maximum age limit of 75 years. It has come into effect from October 9, 2023.
Jaffer has been a part of Prestige Estates Projects’ board since 2009. He began his career at Deepak Cables and later worked at Philips India Limited in Mumbai. He also co-founded Paper Packaging Private Limited in Bengaluru and started a Kraft Paper Mill in Shimoga.
Currently, he serves as a Director on the Board of Accupak Private Limited, a packaging company in Bengaluru. He doesn’t hold any directorship in other listed Companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Joseph’s College in Bengaluru.
