Non-Executive Independent Director of Bajaj Healthcare Avinash K. Dalal Resigns

Avinash K. Dalal has resigned from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director of Bajaj Healthcare Limited with effect from December 26, 2023, due to his health issues and other commitments.

Avinash K. Dalal, 68 is the founder of All India Micro Small Medium Enterprises Association. Dalal has been actively working with the Association of Small & Medium Chemical Manufacturers, Federation of Association of Maharashtra (FAM- Maharashtra), Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and agriculture (MCCIA), etc. He has also served as a Director of Dena Bank. He holds a Diploma in Business Management (DBM)
