Nishant Gehlawat Named CFO At Max Financial; Amrit Pal Singh To Step Down

Nishant Kumar Gehlawat has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Max Financial Services Limited, effective from May 1, 2025.

Amrit Pal Singh will conclude his tenure as the CFO of the company w.e.f. 30 April 2025.

Nishant Kumar Gehlawat has been with the Max Group since 2007, bringing over 18 years of experience across finance, corporate development, treasury, and investor relations. He has worked on key areas including capital management, fundraising, M&A, corporate restructuring, risk management, and governance. At Max, he has contributed to major transactions such as QIP fund raises (2007–2010), the 2015 demerger of Max Group’s businesses, the 2019 Max Bupa stake divestment, and the 2020 Max Healthcare–Radiant merger. He received the Chairman’s Award in 2013 for his contributions. Gehlawat is a Chartered Accountant (2006) and Executive MBA (PGPMAX) graduate from ISB Hyderabad (2020).
