Neeru Singh & Satish Chander Gupta Step Down As Independent Directors Of LT Foods
Neeru Singh and Satish Chander Gupta have resigned as Independent Directors of LT Foods Limited, citing personal reasons, effective May 6, 2026.
Singh is an Independent Director and a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with 39 years of experience in public administration and international institutions. She has worked with the Government of India and the United Nations (UN) across areas such as policy formulation, programme management, governance, and institutional administration. Her work has also involved conflict and post-conflict assignments in different regions. Apart from administrative roles, she has been engaged in leadership training and mentoring initiatives for professionals and organisations. She continues to work across sectors through training and advisory activities related to governance, management, and institutional development at national and international levels.
During his career, Gupta held leadership positions across banking and financial institutions, including serving as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Punjab National Bank. He has more than four decades of experience in the banking sector. His work has covered banking operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and institutional administration. Over the years, he has been involved in policy implementation, credit management, and operational oversight within the banking industry. His experience in financial services and Corporate Governance has contributed to board-level decision-making and advisory roles across organisations. He has also worked on matters related to banking systems, financial controls, and institutional management.
