Neera Saggi Concludes Her Term As Independent Director Of GE Vernova T&D India

Neera Saggi has completed her final term as an Independent Director of GE Vernova T&D India Limited (formerly known as GE T&D India Limited), and consequently retired effective July 26, 2026.

Saggi is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with extensive experience across the public sector, private sector and global non-profit organisations. As the first woman President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she launched initiatives focused on increasing women’s workforce participation. She has served on the Boards of companies including Tata Projects, Tata Steel BSL, Tata Consulting Engineers, GE Power, EverEnviro, and SICOM. She currently serves on the Boards of Honeywell Automation, Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions, Adani Green, and KEC. She is the Chairperson of the Roads Infrastructure Investment Trust InterRise and is associated with global organisations including The Hunger Project and the Indian Cancer Society.
