Nandini Mansinghka Appointed Independent Woman Director of MIRC Electronics

The Board of Directors of MIRC Electronics Limited has approved the appointment of Nandini Mansighka as an Additional and Independent Woman Director with effect from November 2, 2023. She replaced Rafique Malik, who had resigned.

Nandini Mansinghka has been active in early-stage venture investing in India since 2010. She is the co-founder and CEO of Mumbai Angels, a leading platform for start-up investing in India. With a personal start-up portfolio of 100+ companies, her primary investment areas are in deep-tech and hi-tech companies. Her earlier ventures included two start-ups focused on building platforms in the media space: Idyabooster and Digibooster. She has more than 13 years of corporate experience. Prior to launching Mumbai Angels, she had stints across banking, strategy, and media at J.P. Morgan and the Times of India Group.
