Motilal Oswal Financial Services Appoints Amit Ramchandani As CEO

The Board of Directors of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited has approved the appointment of Amit Ramchandani as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Investment Banking (IB) as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). He replaced Abhijit Tare.

Ramchandani has more than two decades of experience in the financial sector across Investment Banking roles. In his last stint, he worked as Managing Director, Investment Banking at JM Financial from 2018 on. He has previously worked for other reputable organisations like IDFC Bank, ICICI Securities, SBI Capital Markets, etc. He is a postgraduate in management studies from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
