Melwyn Moses Joins Borosil Renewables As CEO

The Board of Directors of Borosil Renewables Limited has approved the appointment of Melwyn Moses as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Key Managerial Personnel) with effect from December 2, 2024.

Moses has almost three decades of experience in manufacturing transformation, strategic investment planning, and operational excellence. He has managed operations across 31 production sites and directed teams of over 6,000 individuals, including contractual and on-roll staff while holding important global leadership positions. Moses formerly held positions at UPL Corporation as Global Formulations Head and Global HSE Head. Additionally, he had prior affiliations with REIL Products Ltd., PepsiCo India Holdings, Zeneca & Syngenta, and Merisant Company. He graduated from AK College of Engineering with a degree in mechanical engineering. Later, he also finished Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Leadership Program.
