Mark Elliott Concludes His Term As Independent Director Of S H Kelkar And Company

Mark Elliott ceased to be the Independent Director of S H Kelkar and Company Limited with effect from December 14, 2024.

Elliott began working for British Petroleum PLC before moving on to Beiersdorf AG. He is an experienced businessman with 30 years of extensive knowledge in economics and marketing. In 2001, he established his own company, Andast International, in the Netherlands to begin the import and export of scent components. Through Andast International, Elliott has built a steady business for numerous Indian aroma ingredient companies with global multinational corporations and F&F enterprises situated in Europe. He also serves as a consultant for REACH compliance (the EU law for chemical firms) for Indian companies. He graduated from one of the best universities in the Netherlands with a diploma in business marketing.
