Manisha Lakhotia Appointed Company Secretary at Aditya Birla Money

The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Money Limited has approved the appointment of Manisha Lakhotia as the new Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, KMP, with effect from January 15, 2024. She replaced Divya Poojari.

Lakhotia is an experienced professional with expertise in the Company Secretarial and Legal domains. With more than 8 years of experience, she is skilled in corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters. Formerly, she worked as Head of the Secretarial and Legal Department at WSFX Global Pay Limited, where she provided strategic advice, managed governance functions, and ensured legal compliance. She holds a law degree.
