Malini Thadani Independent Director of Saksoft Resigns

Malini Thadani the Independent Director of Saksoft Limited has resigned from her post on 30th July 2023. Her expertise stems from two successful careers spanning four decades, the first with the Indian Revenue Service and the second with HSBC in India and Hong Kong. She was the Head of Sustainability, Asia, at the Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong, and she previously worked at HSBC India in Communications, Sustainability, CSR, and Public Affairs. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1995, she held key positions in the Indian Revenue Service.

Malini Thadani has completed a Diploma for Non-Executive Directors, conducted by Financial Times in Hong Kong, a Programme in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD, Paris, France. She acquired a Certificate of Public Administration from Ohio University, USA. She completed the Cycle Special Etranger, at the Ecole NationaleD’Administration in France and has a Master’s Degree in Arts from Ohio University, USA, a Master’s Degree in History from Hindu College, University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
