Majestic Auto’s Independent Director Prateek Garg Retired

Majestic Auto Limited has informed the stock exchange that Prateek Garg has retired from the post of Independent Director on completion of his term on April 17, 2024, and ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company. He did not wish to seek reappointment due to his commitment to new projects and global business expansion.

Prateek Garg serves as the Managing Director at Progressive Infotech and has an overall experience of 37 years. Garg handled business with customers ranging from significant government institutions such as IOC, ONGC, NTPC, and GAIL, among others. He completed his BE (Electronics and Telecommunication) from Kurukshetra University’s National Institute of Technology.
