Accelya Solutions India Appoints Ravindran Menon as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Accelya Solutions India Limited has approved the appointment of Ravindran Menon as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director with effect from April 17, 2024, for a period of 5 years. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Ravindran Menon is a thought leader in the financial services industry with a proven track record of building and growing successful businesses. With thirty-seven years of experience spanning significant roles at renowned global organisations like HSBC, UBS, ING, and ANZ Grindlays, Menon has witnessed and been part of the transformation of India’s economic landscape. Throughout his career, he has led large teams across multiple functions, including investment management, capital markets, corporate finance, cash management, and corporate banking. In his previous role as CEO of HSBC Asset Management (India), he led the USD 425 million acquisition of L&T Investment Management and the successful integration with HSBC Asset Management, cementing the entity into a leadership position.
