M.V. Jeganathan Appointed As Independent Director Of KPR Mill; Dr. S. Renganayakei Retires
M.V. Jeganathan has been appointed as Independent Director (Additional Director) of K.P.R. Mill Limited with effect from March 11, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company.
Dr. S. Renganayakei, the Woman Independent Director of the company, retires upon completion of her tenure with effect from March 11, 2025.
Jeganathan is the Senior Partner at M.S. Jagannathan and Visvanathan, Chartered Accountants, with over two decades of experience in direct taxes and corporate audits across various sectors. He is the Chairman of the company’s Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Jeganathan is registered with the Independent Directors Data Bank of ICAI. He is a graduate of mathematics from Loyola College and holds a postgraduate degree in business administration (MBA). He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a diploma in information system Audit (DISA).
