M. Ramachandran To Retire As Independent Director and Chairman Of Wonderla Holidays

The Board of Directors of Wonderla Holidays Limited has noted that M. Ramachandran, Independent Director and Chairman of the Company, will be completing his tenure on November 15, 2024, and thus will cease to be a Director of the Company.

Ramachandran has worked in the professional sector since 1974, except for the first four years in the manufacturing industry (Tata Steel, Jamshedpur). He retired as a partner at S.B. Billimoria & Company and Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP in March 2017 after over 29 years of service, 20 of which were as a partner. Ramachandran has audited some of the leading listed entities, including Federal Bank Limited, South Indian Bank Limited, NCC Limited, L.G. Balakrishnan and Brothers Limited, and K.P.R. Mills Limited. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
