Lux Industries Designates Pradip Kandar and Deepak Agarwal as SMPs

The Board of Lux Industries Limited has appointed Pradip Kumar Kandar as the General Manager in charge of Secretarial & Legal matters and designated him the title of Senior Managerial Personnel with effect from November 8, 2023. Additionally, Deepak Agarwal, who currently serves as the General Manager for Finance and Accounts, has also been designated as a Senior Managerial Personnel within the company with effect from November 7, 2023.

Pradip Kumar Kandar, member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Law, SEBI Regulations, Governance, Compliance, Intellectual Property Rights, Due Diligence, and Legal Matters. His expertise covers various corporate activities, including handling securities issuances, Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR), rehabilitation schemes under BIFR, and facilitating mergers and demergers for both listed and unlisted companies.

Deepak Agarwal, member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has more than 10 years of experience in finalisation of Accounts and MIS, Taxation and Compliances etc. He is currently working as General Manager Finance and Accounts of Lux Industries Limited since November 2019. Prior to joining Lux, he was Assistant Finance Manager in Intex Technologies (India) Limited.
