Yusuf Kapadia

Yusuf Kapadia is an accomplished, technology savvy Internal Audit (IA), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Corporate Governance (CG), and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) professional with over two decades of cross sector experience spanning Aviation, Public Transportation, Warehousing, Media, Engineering, Pharma, Banking, and Hospitality.

Ms. Preeti Mehta is an advocate and solicitor with over 40 years of experience in law. She qualified as an advocate in 1984 and as a solicitor in 1987 from both India and England & Wales. She is currently a Senior Partner at Kanga & Co., where she specializes in advising both Indian and international clients on a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory issues, corporate and commercial law and complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, collaborations and structured financing.
