KPIT Technologies Co-Founder & Chairman Ravi Pandit Passed Away At 76

Ravi Pandit, Co-Founder and Chairman of KPIT Technologies, passed away in Pune on Friday following a brief illness.

Pandit helped establish KPIT Technologies as a software and mobility engineering company with operations across 15 countries. The company develops software solutions for the automotive sector, including technologies linked to autonomous driving, electrification, and energy systems. He also co-founded the K&P Group and served as Chairman of Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountants. Outside the corporate sector, he was associated with institutions including Pune International Centre and Janwani. Pandit served on the Board of Thermax and contributed to initiatives linked to sustainability, rural development, and green energy policy. He was also part of the national group formed for India’s Green Hydrogen Mission.
