Kirloskar Oil Engines’ Company Secretary Smita Raichurkar to Resign

Smita Raichurkar has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited to pursue her future plans. She will continue to hold her current position as CS and KMP until August 23, 2024.

Raichurkar is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and joined Kirloskar Oil Engines as Sr. Officer, Secretarial and Legal in 2007. She has also completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
