Kaya’s Independent Director Irfan Mustafa Has Resigned

Irfan Mustafa has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of Kaya Limited with immediate effect.

Irfan Mustafa is the co-founder and CEO of Taskeen. He serves as Director at Dun & Bradstreet South Asia Middle East Ltd.; Director of KFC Pakistan; Director and Shareholder at Baskin Robbins Pakistan; and Founder and CEO of The Food Lab DMCC. Earlier, he was MD of Yum! Restaurants International, VP of PepsiCo, and the youngest member of the Management Committee of Unilever Pakistan. He has completed his two MBAs from IBA in Karachi, Pakistan, and IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland).
