Alkyl Amine Chemicals’ Independent Directors, Dilip Piramal, Shyam Ghia, & Shobhan Thakore Have Retired

Dilip G. Piramal, Shyam B. Ghia, and Shobhan M. Thakore have completed their second term as Independent Directors of Alkyl Amine Chemicals, with effect from August 5, 2024.

Dilip Piramal is Chairman and Promoter of VIP Industries Ltd. He joined Alkyl Amine Chemicals’ Board in 1980.

Shyam B. Ghia has experience in the fields of corporate and industry management. He is the CMD of Futura Polyesters Ltd. (formerly Indian Organic Chemicals Ltd.). Since 1980, he has been on the Board of Alkyl Amine Chemicals.

Shobhan M. Thakore, Partner of Talwar, Thakore & Associates. He joined the Board in 1988.
