Kalyani Forge MD Viraj Gaurishankar Takes Charge of CFO

Viraj Gaurishankar Kalyani is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Kalyani Forge with effect from September 20, 2023.

Kalyani is also serving as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 11th August 2023. He joined the company in the year 2012 as an Executive Vice President and contributed to expansion plans, business systems, and research for potential new business opportunities and diversification. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 29 January 2020 to 28th October 2021. He served as an Executive Director of the Company from 17 May 2013 till 16th May 2018.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania by completing the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology and has also completed a four-year dual degree program with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Concentration in Finance at the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Major in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Science.
