Kajaria Ceramics Appoints R. M. Malla as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Kajaria Ceramics Limited has appointed Rajender Mohan Malla as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-executive and Independent Director for five years, with effect from April 1, 2024. Subject to the approval of the members of the company.

The company has also informed that the tenure of H. Rathnakar Hegde as the Independent Director of the company will be completed on March 31, 2024.

Rajender Mohan Malla has had a distinguished career spanning four decades. He has held senior roles in prominent banks and financial institutions, including IDBI Bank, SIDBI, IFCI, and PTC India Financial Services. He also served as the MD and CEO of PTC India Financial Services from 2013 to 2015 and as the CMD of IDBI from 2010 to 2013. Presently, he serves as a Director for various companies. He has an MBA from the University of Delhi’s Faculty of Management Studies.
