Apollo Tyres’ Group Head of Marketing Vikram Garga Resigns

Vikram Garga, Group Head, Marketing (APMEA), a Senior Management Personnel of Apollo Tyres Limited, has tendered his resignation from the services with effect from March 31, 2024, due to personal reasons.

Vikram Garga joined Apollo Tyres from Mahindra and Mahindra held the position of Vice President and Head of Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Innovation. Earlier, Garga served as the Head of Marketing for Passenger Vehicles and Pick-Ups, overseeing the relaunch of the iconic brand Thar in 2020 and spearheading digital marketing transformation alongside the development of the new Mahindra SUV strategy. Prior to Mahindra, Vikram accumulated significant experience at Castrol, where he held various roles, including VP of Sales for Industrial and Heavy Duty and Global Brand Director for the Commercial Vehicle category, among others. He has a wealth of experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable growth across diverse consumer-focused categories. With extensive experience in nurturing both global and local brands throughout their lifecycles, his expertise spans across various markets, including Australia, Southeast Asia, China, Europe, and America. His background includes managing global brands and executing category strategies across both B2C and B2B segments.
