Kajal Damania Appointed Company Secretary of SPARC

The Board of Directors of the Company approved the appointment of Kajal Damania as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company with effect from September 22, 2023.

Kajal Damania has 15 years of experience in the field of Corporate Secretarial functions, Statutory Compliances and Corporate Commercial Laws. She has worked with Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd and prior to this, she has worked with Repro India Ltd. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has done her post-graduation in Commerce (Spl. Accounting & Finance); she has also done her L.L.B from Mumbai University.
