Anurag Bhagania CFO of Kirloskar Oil Engines Resigns

Anurag Bhagania has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited due to personal reasons. He will remain in this position until November 22, 2023, while serving his notice period.

Bhagania is an experienced Chief Financial Officer who has worked in multinational companies in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry. He possesses strong skills in areas like business planning, internal audit, analytics, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and management information systems (MIS). Anurag is known for his expertise in finance and systems-driven approaches.

Before joining Kirloskar Oil Engines, he held positions at various well-known organisations, including SKF India, Honeywell, General Electric, Ingersoll Rand, Trane, Eaton Corporation, Ricoh Business Systems, HDFC Bank, Modi Korea Telecommunications, and Aditya Birla Group. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds an MBA with a specialisation in Marketing.
