Kailash Bhandari Concludes His Term As An Independent Director of Hindalco Industries

Kailash Nath Bhandari ceases to be an Independent Director of Hindalco Industries Limited on August 29, 2024, on completion of his second term of five years.

Kailash Nath Bhandari has held the role of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) at both New India Assurance Company Ltd. and United India Insurance Company Ltd. He has also served on the Board of General Insurance Corporation of India, Loss Prevention Association of India Ltd., and Ken India Insurance Co. Ltd. He completed his Bachelor of Arts and LLB degrees from Jodhpur University. He is an active philanthropist in Rajasthan, deeply involved in areas such as education and healthcare.
