Jay Bharat Maruti’s Company Secretary Ravi Arora to step down

The Board of Directors of Jay Bharat Maruti Limited on May 13, 2024, has considered and accepted the resignation of Ravi Arora from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and he will be relieved from the services with effect from May 31, 2024.
