Jasmine Shah Ceased To Be Chairman &Non-Executive Director Of Indraprastha Medical Corporation

Indraprastha Medical Corporation Limited has received a letter from the Delhi Government (promoter of the company) intimating withdrawal of the nomination of Jasmine Shah from the Board of Directors of the company. Accordingly, Jasmine Shah has ceased to be the Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the company with effect from November 30, 2023.
